Statement Agreement

In Viña San Carlos de Cunaco – Colchagua – VI Región, “The visitor”, sign out at the botton of this page, admits entering the facilities and ground of “Bottini y Cía Ltda” and/or “Viu Manent y Cía Ltda”, for willingly doing a guided visit and participating in the activities of the winery, which are described in the “Tourism Activities Program”, which the visitor declares to know.
“The visitor” declares to know the procedures and activities done during his/her visit and agrees to follow every instruction given by the vineyard’s personnel or by one their representatives.
“The visitor” hereby exempts “Bottini y Compañía Ltda”and/or “Viu Manent y Compañía Ltda.” Of all liablility resulting from any injuries of personal harm, accidents of any nature, material loss of any elements of his/her ownership, and/or accidental incident, that could happen and affect him/her during the visit of the winery’s ground.
